The advice that I would like to give my friend on how to prepare the presentation are as follows .One is making eye contact ,only in this way ,can you give your audience members the impression that you are confident and knowledgeable about your topic. Take myself as example .Once ,I gave the presentation on           ‘‘How to learn English well” in my university , although I’m particularly nervous ,I’m trying to look everybody’s eye or an object behind the classroom ,finally ,I overcome my shyness .Another is speak clearly, firmly as this makes you sound in control. And don't speak too quickly you are likely to make your voice be widely heard throughout the room .

I would like to communicate with my teacher by using e-mail .my options are as below. Firstly, since the development of science and technology .E-mail has remained popular due to its convenience and its ability to easily convey many different types of information in a single message and I can send information to several teachers at the same time .Also, sending e-mails do not use paper, they are environment friendly and save a lot of trees from being cut down. Secondly, sending e-mails can also have pictures in them still they are super fast. They are delivered at once around the world.

In order to save school’s energy ,the university has decided to make two changes ,one is using the thick glass windows instead of the old ones, another is turning off the lights of the buildings. The man thinks the plan is workable .Firstly ,once he was studying in the window of the old building ,he felt so cold even the wind blowing in from the outside the window . If using thick glass, the students could stay warm when study there .Secondly, due to fewer students have classes an night ,so ,we’d better turn off the lights of the old buildings and move to other places where the lights are on .

男生有一个paper要写due Monday，但是他答应周末要开车回家参加妈妈的生日聚会。
他有两种解决办法：
1.打电话给妈妈，告诉她情况，然后留在学校写paper，但是自己心里不舒服。
2把paper带回家写，但是在有party的情况下，他可能没心思完成好paper。

The man has got a problem .He promised his mother to take part in her birthday party , but he has paper to handle in on Monday, but these two matters are scheduled at the same time. He talked about two possible solutions .Firstly, he makes a call to his mother and tells her that he has to finish his paper at school, but he feels uncomfortable then .Secondly, he takes the paper home and finish it ,still, he’s concerned that he can’t concentrate himself on his paper. I would recommend him to take the second solution .Since he has promised his mother to come to her birthday party, a promise is a promise. Also, after celebrating his mother’s birthday ,he still has time to finish his paper on time .

在做repeated activities的时候，怎么维持enjoyable的感觉：
1.各种各样。教授举了hiking的例子，每次若是一成不变的路线，肯定会腻。但如果改变路线，就会觉得很有意思。
2.改变时间和频率。教授拿冰激凌做例子。要是天天都吃冰激凌，很容易就不想再吃了。但要是几周没吃一次了，就可以一直保持新鲜感。

The professor talks about two ways to maintain the enjoyable feelings .One approach is to set a variety of ways another is changing time and frequency .Take go hiking as example .Every time when you go hiking ,you’ll be definitely tired if you continue the static routes. But if you change the route, you will find it very interesting and exciting .Another is to change the time and frequency .Take ice cream as an example .If you eat an ice cream every day , it is easy for us not want to have it any more .On the contrary ,if you haven’t had a taste of it , you could always would like to taste it and keep fresh of it .
