1.       Soldiers are other nationalities. They are not loyal and even want to build their own army.
2.       The ruler made lots of wrong decisions. E.g. build temples and palaces had weaken the power of emperor.
3.       Taxes increased too fast and farmland stopped growing, so farmers asked enemy for protection.
